TRIP CHARGES (PRICE PER ARTIST/STYLIST):
The starting point to determine mileage is always at our Houston Central location at 1907 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77098. This is where the artists pick up and drop off hair and makeup kits before and after their events.

* To have an artist travel outside of the Houston city limits, the minimums start at 6 people depending on location.
* Any travel over 125 miles will require 8 person minimum plus one night hotel stay (night before) paid for by client.
OTHER FEES THAT COULD APPLY:
Early Morning Fee:
Any start time before 9am will have an early morning fee of $100 per artist/stylist.
Additional Artist Fees:
Each artist/stylist can typically do up to 10 people each. After 11 clients per artist/stylist the time to get ready can be quite lengthy. Some clients choose to have multiple artists and stylists to speed up the getting ready time. If you choose this option, you will have to meet the minimum of each artist/stylist and pay $125/hour in additional artist fees.
Contract Updates Fees:
If the headcount decreases after you sign, the amount due remains the same. If you request an increase in headcount, location change, time frame change, etc this will require a contract update. If our team is available to accommodate the request the contract will need to be updated on DocuSign and it will be send for you to initial and an additional deposit collected if necessary. Each contract change will incur a $50 admin fee per occurrence.
BOOKING THE DATE:

Dates are NOT confirmed until the contract is signed and deposit is received.

35% deposit due with contract to book the day. The remaining 65% due the day of service.

No holds are placed and dates are not penciled in, even with a trial on the books.
